I think we need to doff our collective caps to legendary electro pop producer Mike Mansfield (yes, he of New Musik..remember ‘Living By Numbers’ from 1980?) who transformed the album version of WOTW into another beautiful, altogether different noise. I’d never made the connection before now. Me and my best mate loved New Muzik, especially that tune World Of Water…he had it taped from the radio on a dodgy old warped c90. But yeah, I can hear the sound now. I may post the single version of Walk Out To Winter all over again soon…
